Snow Ice Cream

I wish we lived in snow land instead of Texas! This sounds like a lot of fun, perfect with a candy cane and maybe some homemade fudge! You’ll have to let me know how it tastes!

Ingredients:

6 c. clean snow (Or use shaved ice from a snow cone maker)
1/2 cup of whipping cream
2-4T Sugar
1 t. vanilla
Chocolate sauce, to taste (optional)
Flavored extracts, such as raspberry extract or peppermint extract (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve immediately.

We made fake snow at our house since it’s not coming anywhere near Austin, but of course you can’t use it to make ice cream.
