I'd let my son have fun with these creating anything he'd like, my daughter is learning her letters and I'd use these to help her to learn her letters. I would use some of these in a 'modified' restaurant pack. Beyond that, my preschooler & I would use to work on letter recognition. My elementary aged child and I can work on all those things where he's supposed to glue yarn to paper. His dexterity isn't up to normal standards yet so this would help him complete the task without the tears. Beyond that--he and the oldest would craft their hearts out.
